Dear Luciana, We have arrived home after a brilliant holiday in Brazil and it was especially nice to bump into you at the Tropical Business. We have been very happy with Viverde services. Someone was waiting for us at the airport and we were quickly taken to our hotel at Manaus and then transferred to Amazonat without any problems. All the staff involved in this process were friendly and very helpful, particularly as we cannot speak any Portuguese!
It was a particularly good idea to suggest staying in Manaus for New Year because although it was tremendously busy, it was a great atmosphere down by the beach and the staff at the Tropical Hotel worked really hard in very demanding conditions – lots of people booking in! We really enjoyed having the opportunity to see Manaus celebrating New Year!
Amazonat was another great experience for us. The lodges were clean and comfortable and the food was really good. All our trips at Amazonat were well organized and we especially liked the trip down the Amazon and stay overnight in the hotel on the water. We loved our holiday and I especially valued the personal service we’ve received from you Luciana. I felt as if I had someone caring that my holiday would be successful and that if I had a problem it would be dealt with efficiently. This was especially important as sometimes it is easy to feel anxious when you are holidaying in a country where you don’t know the language! Thank you again – we’ve had a lovely time and have come home with happy memories and good photographs. I would have no hesitation in using Viverde again or recommending it to others.
