Thank you for all your help in making the trip to Manaus, Brazil one of our favorite vacations ever! Everything went smoothly and effortlessly.
Our hotel, Hotel Go Inn, had many extra amenities that we hadn’t expected, like a workout room, hand sanitizers, a beautiful courtyard, a play area for children, and free and bountiful breakfasts. Everything was clean and comfortable always.
The Anavilhanas lodge, had everything we needed plus WiFi, hairdryers, and incredible food! The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. We learned much about life in the Amazon.
Our boat (the Amazon Clipper) was a pleasant surprise as well. The level of service and cleanliness we received far surpassed our expectations. The crew even went so far as to surprise my wife with a chocolate birthday cake! My favorite part of the vacation was watching the delight on her face when she caught her very first fish—a piranha! Since it was a large enough fish to keep, our talented cooks created and presented us a piranha dinner for our table.
Manaus was a delightful, colorful city which we discovered on foot and via taxi. We especially enjoyed the zoo and the gorgeous opera house.
Thank you again, Luciana, for facilitating our visit and answering all our various questions, all of which enabled us to capture photographs and memories that will last a lifetime. When we finish processing the photos, we’ll be more than happy to share them with you.
