Dear Luciana
\nIn general we were enjoying our stay in Anavilhanas Jungle Lodge<\/b><\/a>. Room was very cozy, comfortable and clean, staff speaks good English, friendly, especially guest welcome person – Aline. Food was good variety and quality, service was good. No mosquitoes! Landscapes or river banks were beautiful!
\nWe would suggest some few things for lodge to improve its services.
\n– Excursions were too short \/only 1, 5 hour\/ and boring, they should make them more interesting; maybe to combine few type of activities. No swimming with dolphins, only feeding! Please, inform your customers about this, as I was disappointed.
\n– We weren\u2019t taken to Anavilhanas islands at any of our activities apart of the first night spotting. Two of our activities were in the same location, two creeks away from lodge, was pity no see more nature!
\n– Our flight back from Manaus was at 16.00, but they picked us up from the hotel at 7.30. We lost our morning activity. Hotel should think how to do more comfortable transfers for guests. We came from faraway to stay in Jungles, not in the airport.
\n– We didn\u2019t know that Rio Negro due to its PH has less life and animals to see. For people, who wish to have a real wild adventure it is not a place to go. This lodge is good for families and relaxation. We wanted to fight with crocodiles!!!
\n– It is really very important to think how to arrange cancelation policy, as you can lose a lot of guests. As you remember, we had a big trouble to go due to health problems, but managed it at the end. Next time we are not going to book any place where there is no cancelation availability and refunds. The hotel is expensive and nobody will wish to lose 2000 euro for 4 nights!<\/p>\n
