Dear Luciana – how nice to hear from you. We are just back and have had a fantastic trip. All the arrangements that you made worked really well and now we are only just back.<\/p>\n

What impressed me with you and Viverde was the efficiency and the way in which you dealt with my questions over the months – it made me have confidence in the company which is important for people form overseas.<\/p>\n

As an overnight hotel, the Tropical Ecoresort<\/b><\/a> met our needs and was convenient for the things that we wanted to do. Sometimes we had translation problems at reception but these were nothing big. The luggage storage facility was excellent.<\/p>\n

All of your arrangements could not have been better. People were there on time and everything well organised. <\/p>\n

I think Manaus is a difficult place for a city tour – our gide was really good, nice and helpful, excellent English and gave us a better understanding of the way of life\/culture in Manaus. The only thing that we missed was going inside the Opera House because there was a production on when we got there. I perhaps should have thought of it in advance and fixed tickets please thank the guide and driver – they were really good.<\/p>\n

The Juma Lodge<\/b><\/a> was also good. Very much the real Amazon and we managed with the cold showers etc. The staff and guide were helpful and friendly with good excursions – canoe trips and waling in the jungle.<\/p>\n

The best was the Amazon Clipper Premium<\/b><\/a> – superb and an excellent tourism product from beginning to end. It exceeded our expectations in every respect. After the lodge, the hot shower was good! Food excellent with a good variety and an excellent daily tour programme. Some of the small quality touches of the Amazon Clipper<\/b><\/a> could help the Juma Lodge<\/b><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Putting together a Juma Lodge<\/b><\/a> and the Amazon Clipper<\/b><\/a> certainly gave us the complete Amazon and you might want to think about marketing a lodge and cruise as a package. I certainly think it would be attractive for pre- or post big ship cruise passengers.<\/p>\n

I would be more than happy to recommend your services to anyone. Your provided a personal service 5,000 miles across the world, provided an excellent complete Amazon tour product and enabled us to experience the real Amazon – an experience of a lifetime.<\/p>\n

And for that, we must thank both you personally and also Viverde.<\/p>\n
