Iberostar Grand Amazon<\/b><\/a>, however there are issues which do need some serious attention:<\/p>\n1) Too much inter fighting between the guides, they seem not to cooperate with each other and it is plain for even the non speaking portugese clients to see.much too everyones embarrasment.<\/p>\n
2) The food, in the case of the food its not the quality but how it is served up, the mexican chef although a very nice guy, is not expeirienced enough, l myself had food poisining for three days due to infected smoke salmon, which did not help things,the ship in my opinion needs a much more proffessional chef, as l own a chain of restaurants in europe l could see were health safety and presentation of the food were seriously lacking.<\/p>\n
3) Nightime entertainement, average, nothing that actually made the guests interact with each other, in fact we were segragated english , german, portugese, did not help people to actually bond and enjoy the expierience more.<\/p>\n
4) Information on the next day events 3 times we did not receive any notification as to what was happening the next day,does not help when wishing to plan ones routine. There are other minor things that l could go on about, the cruises themselves l still enjoyed, however the expierience could be improved greatly if attention to detail was deployed, l would say however that the room cleaning lady and the drivers of the speed boats were excellent, top marks!!!<\/p>\n
