Amazon Clipper<\/b><\/u><\/a> with a superb guide, Hugo. In the end, we were very glad that our attempts to upgrade to the premium sister ship were unsuccessful \u2013 we really enjoyed our fellow passengers, most of whom were young and would not likely have the money to spend on a more luxurious ship. <\/p>\nYou and Viverde were very helpful. I have no suggestions for you or the Amazon Clipper.<\/p>\n
We enjoyed Manaus but it has relatively little to offer the tourist. We enjoyed the fish market near the main dock. We visited the zoo but were a bit disappointed in the quality of the zoo. The people of Manaus were very friendly to us and one young man we met at the zoo even offered to take us to our hotel (Park Suites), even though he was not going that direction, and we quickly accepted the offer. So we have very positive impressions of the good people of Manaus.<\/p>\n
