Thanks for your suppport that allowed me to have a wonderful vacation at the Aria\u00fa Amazon Towers<\/b><\/a>.
\nYour agency was absolutely perfect for managing my booking. My only suggestion is to try to promote more your services: at Aria\u00f9 I found a lot of people who booked the hotel through other channel, usually more expensive and even me discovered unwillingly Viverde reading a review of Aria\u00f9 on tripadvisor.com.<\/p>\n

\nAfter a quiet long web research I found the best prices with a travel agency of Manaus, Viverde, for a 2 nights package.
\nThey answered very quickly and in a precise way to my e-mails and so I decided to book with them my package, that included transfers to and from my hotel in Manaus, all the meals at the Aria\u00f9 and most of the excursions available (classic 2 nights package).
\nThe transfers were always pefectly on time. After the check in, we went to our room, located on tower 6. It was a standard room.
\nStandard rooms are located in 6-floors towers, at the first 4 floors. In the tower 6, every foor had 17 standards rooms.
\nThe room were little and very basic (except for air cond.) but if you decide to go to Amazonas you must not expect all the comforts, so I wasn’t disappointed, apart for the darkness of the room. After 1 hour, our WC broke down, I called a member of the staff and promplty they came to solve the problem, but they weren’t able to fix it, so they proposed me to change room.
\nI accepted and we moved to another standard room on th same floor.
\nThis was better. Significantly larger, with some newer equipment in the shower. Maybe I was unlucky with my first room because I think it was one of the worst (I had the chance to see for 2 seconds other standard rooms when other guests opened the door).
\nAnyway also the second room was extremely dark, despite 3 little lights.
\nI had long walks at the hotel (unfortunately some area were under manteinance, the hotel looks a bit old but there were a lot of men who worked at the structure) and I could see from outside other room options (suite, etc..); if I could book my room now after seeing the hotel, I would probably spend some hundred dollars more in order to have a different room than a standard one; this was a once in a lifetime experience for me and I think that the difference between a standard room and a suite is really big and worth the money.
\nBefore having our first meal, we met our guide. He could speak Italian very well (thanks Ms. Luciana of Viverde) and he gave us some information about the following days. Then he had lunch with us.
\nThere are all buffet meals. The selection and the quality was really good and above my expectations, considering I was in the middle of nowhere.
\nThe excursions we did were piranha fishing (very funny), alligator spotting (incredible experience), visiting a native house (interesting), trekking in the jungle (nothing special) and the sight of the dawn.
\nWe didn’t swim with the dolphins but all the people who did it told us it was reall funny.
\nI finish my review with 2 tips: 1. during the weekends there some travel agency of Manaus that sells a 1-day excursion to Amazon that includes the lunch at the Aria\u00fa Amazon Towers<\/b><\/a>. On that day it was pratically impossible to eat at the buffet, so avoid to stay during the weekend if you can. 2. When you book a stay, consider that apart from the excursions and eating, there is really nothing to do there, so the 2 nights package perfectly satisfied our needs (a couple who booked a 3 nights package was quiet bored at the end of the last day because they did most of the excursions in the first 2 days).
\nAll in all, we had a beautiful, funny experience at the Aria\u00fa Amazon Towers<\/b><\/a> and some experiences remained forever in our minds. The Aria\u00fa Amazon Towers<\/b><\/a> revealed to be an excellent structure.
