Dear Luciana,how are you? hope you are fine. I thought to call you when I arrived at Manaus but my cell phone was not in service there,too bad. Nevertheless,I did enjoy the trip which was wonderful indeed.
My impressions:
1.Dealing with Viverde,handled by Luciana, was pleasant.
2.Dealing with M/Y Tucano Boat,handled by Elisabeth and Mark, was pleasant too. The M/y Tucano: it’s boat, the staff and guides are all very nice.
3.Tropical Hotel: honestly to say,from what I encountered I had no good impression of its facility and its business style.I would not elaborate here till I am sure worth doing it.
