We liked the Amazon Riverside very much and our guide (Alex Marques) was very good
We think that Amazon riverside should sell mosquito repellents ant plastic raincoasts to guests.
The Plaza Hotel was not good at all in the internet page it is written 4 stars hotel with swimming pool.
we spent 2 nights there. the first night our room smelled bad.
The second night when we went to bed we noticed that the sheets were dirty with hairs! and the mattres was very uncomfortable (too hard). the next morning I looked under the mattress annoticed they put a door (no joke!) under the mattress.
The brekfast quality was poor. Breakfast was a lot better in all pousadas we visited in our 3 weeks travel.
And of course the swimming pool was out of order but it looked like it was a long time.
But we keep a nice memory of our 4 days at the riverside.
