I spent 4 days at Juma Lodge with a female friend at the end of Jan 08 – we thoroughly enjoyed it. The lodge was lovely, lots of space and very comfortable and relaxing although at the same time still feeling close to nature.
The trips organised were varied and interesting and made the most of our time, although we didn’t see that much wildlife (and the dolphins were very camera shy!) – we still saw and experienced lots that we never had before.
The staff were friendly and the food very good. We thought it was great value for money and would recommend to anyone of any age.
Although it’s not a place to stay if you want to party, if you go with your friends / family you can’t go wrong.
Amazonas by Viverde who organised the trip for us were also faultless and called our hotel the day before to confirm pick-up time which I thought was a nice touch. Thanks to everyone for a memorable trip.
