I dont know what happened to this email but it got lost in my inbox. So apologies for not replying earlier.
First let me say we have a marvellous trip to the Amazon, an experience we will remember for ever. Not only did the arrangements go very smoothly but we were very pleased with the recommendations you made for us regarding the Anavilhanas Jungle Lodge and the Amazon Clipper trip. The lodge was far better than we expected and the Clipper river trip was all we could have hoped for. We were impressed in both places how knowledgeable the guides were and how well organised it all was.
Lastly (but not least) I want to thank you for your efforts and efficiency in following through with confirming our arrangements. We are not novice travellers and I have and still do travel quite a lot in remote areas on business. I can say without any reservation that making reservations over the internet through you, Luciana, was the easiest and most efficient I have ever come across.
We thank you again for all your help and Advice and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending anyone wishing to put together a trip to the central Amazon to use your services.
