The cruise on the Iberostar Grand Amazon was very good. The Viverde services regarding arranging the reservation on the Iberstar were also very good.
However, I would have appreciated it if you had been willing to arrange for a car to pick us up when we arrived at the Manaus airport and later to return to the Manaus airport. Also had you been willing to arrange for a guided tour of Manaus for us, we would have appreciated it. Instead we had to work these out with another travel agency. Not really a problem.
