Esta e’ la mail in ingles que eu escrivei a Viviane, do Iberostar….

Viviane, many thanks for your mail, this is exactly what I paid. Unfortunately I have to tell you that I am not at all satisfied about this experience, and I explain you why.
I was in other Iberostar resorts ( praia do forte) and therefore I know a bit about what I should expect when I pay this kind of price and I am supposed to be in a 5 stars Iberostar facility.
What I got here is far below the acceptable level. Let me give you some examples;
– the food; variety and quality were very poor. Sweets all the same for 4 days, at breakfast waffles recicled from days before, coffe with a horrible taste (and we are in Brasil!!!), the wine that cannot be drank, snacks always the same and of very very poor quality and ingredients….and so on and so forth.
Room: the air conditioner extremely noisy couldn’t be kept on, so the temperature inside became super hot. Imagine tha confort sleeping in there.
The entertainment at night is non existent or left to the good will of guides that do another job, so it was quite depressing (except the last night).
Ship maintenance in general could be better. The jacuzzi cleaning was not so good and many details of the carpet, furniture, restaurants walls etc could use some renovation.
The whole situation worsened by the fact that some of the other guests, only paid a portion of what I did. Crew was very friendly and kind but could not compensate what I explained here above.
In summary, I am asking you to represent my dissatisfaction to your customer satisfaction office and ask what they are willing to do to compensate this vacationed almost totally ruined by what I just explained you.
In the meantime I will just wait. I won’t go on Tripadvisor to release nasty comment, I won’t go to Procon to complain about paying the double than other guests etc etc because I believe you want to be fair with a good client, that is willing to use your services in the future.
