Anavilhanas Jungle Lodge was great all around. I wish I could have seen more fauna, but I was told it wasn’t the right season and you see more fauna along a brown/white river as oppose to a black river like the Rio Negro. I wish I would have known this from the start. On the other hand, it was nice not to be bothered and worried about mosquitos… One important note is that you told me a should have long-sleeved tops and pants, but t-shirts and shorts would have been better.
I thought the service at the Tropical Business Hotel was terrible, but the hotel was clean and in a great location.
As for your services, I thought you were very quick and helpful with responses. As you know, I had some major issues with your payment services. I think that this could be greatly improved.
