I am very well pleased with the travel arrangements that you have made for me. The transfers and city tour were very reliable and timely. Ariaú Amazon Towers was amazing. Aside from the wonderful accommodation and package, the staff did beyond what I expected of them. Delta lost my luggage for five days but the staff at Ariaú did assist me with this problem. They even sent a staff with me to the airport to claim my luggage as Delta was not very helpful.
Iberostar Grand Amazon was also excellent. The food, excursions, and staff were all beyond what I could ask for.
Tropical Business and even the resort itself need improvement. Carpets are old and dirty. The glass panes at the lobby of Tropical Business are cracked and need to be replaced. They also did not honor the price that was agreed upon for my day room. They initially wanted more than twice the amount you quoted me for the day room. However they changed their tune when I showed them your confirmation e-mail but still wanted a couple of reales more as the price that you told me is “no longer valid.” Breakfast was also unremarkable and lacks variation.
I would not hesitate in recommending your company to anyone who would like to travel to the Brazilian Amazon.
