Thanks again for all your help to make our holiday as pleasurable and interesting as possible.
We enjoyed our trip very much. Especially the Yacht Tucano tour is a trip of a lifetime. Everything was just perfectly organized, all the staff just did a great job and we were a great group of people on board.
The Tropical Ecoresort – well it is a big City Hotel. The rooms were actually not what we have expected to get for the money.
Anavilhanas Jungle Lodge– we enjoyed our time there as well. It is a really nice location and comfortable too. Also the staff is very kind. But what you notice when you were on board of the Tucano earlier is that the guide for the nature tours in Anavilhanas is way less experienced and sensitive regarding the nature/animals. We have got the impression that these tours are more focused on fun and not on nature understanding and conservation.
Well, we had a great time; we also went swimming in Rio Negro and enjoyed it. I did not bring Mosquito net and we did not need one. Also there were really less insects. (But you never know before 😉
