Thank you for your request. We had an absolutely wonderful time in Brasil (and much less rain than I feared). We were pleasantly surprised with how exceptionally well organised everything was, without ever having the feeling that things were over-organised. Although the program certainly was exciting, all care was taken to avoid any risks. The two guides were very good, friendly and knowledgeable. Trip schedule excellent. Food on board was super. Accomodation very good. And although most of us were momentarily not so happy when we learned that we had to get up at 5.30 in the morning, even that became something very natural…
Also the Hotel Tropical Ecoresort was good, also the pick up service from the airport.
As to Viverde services, I would like to commend you for the excellent service when booking our trip, and in particular your prompt and on point responses to all our questions by mail and phone. The quality of your work was a great reassurance to us that we had made a good choice, and the trip completely met our expectations. We will not hesitate to share (and, in fact, have already done so) our good experiences with your office and the trips on the Tucano boat with the people we know.
