We had a great time in the Amazon and at Ariaú.
There was a little bit short of time (4 days, 3 nights), but we managed to do all the activities we were interested in within a few days.
Ariau did offer a night over out in the jungle. That was great. We did a ‘survive in the jungle’ “course”. The guide was excellent (Abdias) and we had a great time in the middle of no where.
We were suppose to sleep in hammocks but it started to rain so we ended up sleeping on the ground, which was ok ….. lots of spiders and creepy bugs, but what a great experience 🙂
The monkeys and the surroundings at Ariaú were great. And so were the food, hotel room, staff and guides. If we new they had junglesafaris over several days in the jungle, we would definitely stayed for longer.
