We loved our time at the Anavilhanas Jungle Lodge. The accomodation was amazing but not obscenely luxurious. I will never forget lying in the room’s hammock in the garden. The food was delicious, authentic and catered for all tastes. The common area was also a great place to relax and get to know your new friends. We also loved how full and organised our days were. Helen thought swimming with the pink dolphins was the best but I think the fishing just edges it.
We’re travelling round South America for the next four months and I always knew I would propose on this trip. I decided to do it at the lodge as it’s perfect and place we will never forget.
