The services provided by your agency were wonderful and extremely efficient. I enjoyed the Amazon Ecopark. The food was good, the adventure treks were amazing and the guides were knowledgeable and entertaining.
The accommodations were actually much more luxe than I expected in the jungle.
The Taj Mahal on the other hand was disappointing. It is extremely dated and smelled musty. It was a very depressing atmosphere. I would not recommend you continue to use this hotel for your clients (except for hose with a VERY tight budget.) Manuas itself is not really very pleasant and should I return I would stay at the Tropical Business, which I had a chance to visit and was more up to American standards.
All in all I would highly recommend your agency to friends planning to visit South America!
