We were very happy with yours and Viverde service. It was nice to get such good service, quick responds to my emails etc. in advance –before we came to Brazil. And thanks for your help when there was some confusion about our pick-up at the hotel in Manaus.
Unfortunately there had been some mix-up with the program with different day trips that you sold us. The program you had on your website – the one we bought – was not the one they had at Tiwa. So we didn’t get all the tours that we thought we would get – but they were very nice at Tiwa and planned extra trips into the jungle for us.
But overall we had a very good stay at the Tiwa. The employees we very service minded and nice, and especially our English speaking guide Washington was very good and competent. And the room we stayed in was also very comfortable and placed in beautiful surroundings.
